Gunchinmaa Tumur has domestic and international experience in agricultural and institutional reforms, as well as practice and project management. She has led and participated in a wide range of assignments including agricultural policy, business development services, economic analysis and institutional reforms. Gunchinmaa has experience working in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, UK and Sri Lanka. She has worked both with national governments, commercial clients, multilateral and bilateral donors and international organizations. She currently plays a lead role in business development. Gunchinmaa is fluent in Russian, English and Chinese, and holds a PhD degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
